Allan Botschinsky was a Danish jazz trumpeter and flugelhornist, composer, arranger, conductor, producer, and record label owner. His background is in classical music. His father played bassoon professionally. He began on trumpet at age 11. At 14, he studied at the Royal Danish Conservatorium.
