Bobs Worth was a Thoroughbred racehorse that was bred in Ireland and trained in the United Kingdom. He was the first horse since Flyingbolt in the 1960s to win three separate events at consecutive Cheltenham Festivals, winning the Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle in 2011, the RSA Chase in 2012, and the Cheltenham Gold Cup in 2013. He also won the Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury in 2012. Nicky Henderson trained Bobs Worth, who is owned by the Not Afraid Partnership. After being sent out as the outsider of a five-horse field, Bobs Worth made a good start to his new career in the Betfred Hurdle on November 7, 2015. He made all from the front and battled hard in the last furlong to withstand the assault from his rivals.
