Kadian Nelson, 26, believed to reside in the Mitcham area, has been urged to turn himself in to police “immediately” after reports of an allegation of rape were made this morning.
Police were called shortly after 7am to the North Place area of Mitcham after a woman confronted Kadian Nelson over an ‘attempted abduction’ of a girl.
In a video shared on social media, Kadian Nelson was filmed with a young girl inside an alleyway.
