Anthony Marchi was a footballer and manager from England. From 1950 to 1965, he was a wing half for Tottenham Hotspur, with a two-year stint in Italy with Vicenza and Torino sandwiched in between. Marchi spent the majority of his time at Spurs as a backup to Danny Blanchflower and Dave Mackay. Following injuries in 1962–63, he re-established himself in the club and was a member of the 1963 UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup winning team. Spurs utilized seventeen players in their Double-winning team in 1960–61, and he was one of them. Later in his career, he also managed Cambridge City and Northampton Town.
