Adam Lepa was a Roman Catholic bishop from Poland. Lepa was ordained to the priesthood in 1962 after being born in Poland. From 1988 to 2014, he served as the titular bishop of Regiana and the auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of ód, Poland.
