Nabindra Raj Joshi was a Nepali Congress chief and Minister for Industry. Since 2008, he has represented Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital, in the Legislative Parliament. He was the Parliamentary Party’s Spokesperson for the Nepali Congress. Joshi got his start in politics as a student leader.
